Q+A with creator and writer Ed Sinclair, director and co-writer of episodes 3 & 4 Will Sharpe, executive producer Chris Fry and actors Olivia Colman and David Thewlis. Landscapers is a unique love story involving a seemingly ordinary couple who become the focus of an extraordinary murder investigation when two dead bodies are discovered in the back garden of a house in Nottingham.

Landscapers is a unique love story involving a seemingly ordinary couple who become the focus of an extraordinary investigation when two dead bodies are discovered in the back garden of a house in Nottingham. Mild-mannered husband and wife Susan (Colman) and Christopher Edwards (Thewlis) have been on the run from reality for over 15 years until their role in the killings begins to emerge. As the investigation moves forward, inspired by Susan’s obsession with old Westerns and classic cinema, the fantasists cast themselves as Hollywood heroes in narratives of their own invention, providing a much-needed sanctuary from real-world horrors, but also threatening to undo them completely.

Landscapers is a four-part Sky Original drama produced by SISTER in association with South of the River Pictures for Sky Atlantic in association with HBO. Executive Producers are Chris Fry (Chernobyl, Giri/Haji) and Jane Featherstone (Chernobyl, The Split) for SISTER and Ed Sinclair and Olivia Colman for South of the River Pictures and Will Sharpe (Flowers, The Electrical Life of Louis Wain). Landscapers is produced by Katie Carpenter (The Bisexual, Flowers).
