Event

The BAFTA Scotland Awards 2024 will be held at the Doubletree by Hilton Glasgow Central on Sunday 17 November 2024.

Upon arrival guests will attend the Champagne Taittinger Reception, followed by the Awards Ceremony, Dinner and Official After Party.

Tickets are only available to companies and individuals with a direct professional link to the screen industries. People with a direct link to a nomination will be prioritised where possible.

In the interest of all our guests, security will be briefed to check tickets at various spot points throughout the evening. Please ensure you have your digital ticket to hand when you are moving around the venue and are prepared to show this if/when requested. We advise all guests to also bring a form of ID with them on the night as you may be asked to present this to verify your identity.

Anyone who is not on the guest list or who cannot prove their identity may be refused entry to the venue.

Dress code is Black Tie.

The ceremony is an industry event and no specific provision is made for individuals attending who are under 18. Nominees and cast members from nominated shows who are under 18 may be accommodated, but this must be approved by BAFTA in advance.

Timings for the event are:

From 3.30pm - Arrivals & Champagne Taittinger Reception
5.30pm - BAFTA Scotland Awards
8.00pm - Dinner
9.30pm - Official After Party (till 1am)

For those who have purchased Official BAFTA Scotland Awards After Party tickets only, entry will be from 9.30pm.


    Tickets

    Guests will be seated at tables of 10 or 12 for the Awards Ceremony and Dinner. Where you do not purchase a full table, BAFTA reserve the right to seat other guests on the same table.

    Digital tickets for the Champagne Taittinger Reception, Awards Ceremony, Dinner and After Party will be sent to the email address provided 72 hours before the event date.

    All ticket prices are inclusive of VAT.

      Booking process

      Select 'Request Tickets' and complete the form on the next page. Once approved, you will need to log back in to complete payment within seven days or your tickets may be reallocated.

      You must also provide names, contact details and dietary information for all guests by the Monday 11 November at 5.00pm.

      All payments should be made online using a debit or credit card unless agreed with BAFTA. We do not accept American Express.

      Requesting tickets at this stage does not guarantee booking. BAFTA will consider your request against the capacity of the venue and our requirement to ensure all Nominees are represented in the room, and will reply to you at the earliest opportunity.

            Accessibility

            From the street to the main entrance, there is level access. The path is sloped. There is level access from the main entrance to:

            – Reception

            – Executive Lounge

            – Cask & Clyde Bar

            – Accessible Toilet Ground Floor (Reception)

            – Accessible Toilet Ground Floor (Ballroom Foyer)

            – Grand Ballroom (Ground Floor meeting space)

            The main door is sliding and automatic. The door is 1400mm wide.

            There are 2 lifts, you can get a lift to all floors. The lift door is 1000mm wide. The lift is 1900mm wide. The lift is 1700mm deep. The lift announces the floor number at each floor. The lift buttons have raised numbers or letters. The lift shows the floor number, at each floor.
