We round off this year’s hugely successful monthly Games socials with a festive theme for Friday 2nd December. Drop in after work with your finest piece of festive regalia – the best will win a prize! - meet your fellow members, colleagues and the BAFTA team in the stunning Richard Attenborough Rooms. All members welcome!

BAFTA 195 Piccadilly, our newly renovated HQ in London, is a great place to have meetings and to stop by after work with colleagues for a drink and a bite to eat in the members’ bar or stunning outdoor terrace. Part of the magic is the serendipity of bumping into other members and having those conversations that spark great ideas, but it can be hard to know if there’ll be other people from games around unless you plan to meet in advance.

To help with that, we've launched a new monthly 'social’ for games members at 195 in a dedicated space in the members’ area for games members to drop by, have a welcome drink on us and get to know each other. No need to book in advance, just come down and join us between 18.00 and 20.00. And please feel free to bring along games industry colleagues (up to four per member) to soak up the BAFTA atmosphere. We hope to see you there!

Friday 2nd December, 6-8pm

· BAFTA 195, 4th Floor Members’ Bar

· Meet and chat with industry peers in BAFTA’s gorgeous Richard Attenborough Rooms and outdoor terrace

· Full and Connect members welcome (current Crew members welcome too)

· Free to attend, no booking required, just sign in at Reception

· Up to four industry guests per member

· Complimentary first drink!

Accessibility

Getting to the Venue

By tube

Green Park is the nearest accessible step-free station and is served by the Jubilee, Piccadilly and Victoria lines. 0.3 miles to 195 Piccadilly entrance. The accessible entrance is from the park at the rear of the station.

Piccadilly Circus Station is served by the Piccadilly and Bakerloo Line Services. Leicester Square Station is served by the Piccadilly and Northern Line Services. Both stations are accessed by steps only.

By train

London Charing Cross has step-free access to all platforms. 0.7 miles to 195 Piccadilly entrance. Staff are available to assist with ramps between the platform and the train.

By bus

There are bus stops located on Regent Street/St James's Street, Piccadilly, Regent Street, Shaftesbury Avenue, Coventry Street and Haymarket. All London buses have ramp access and dedicated spaces for wheelchair users.

The Cavendish London Public Car Park – 0.1 miles to 195 Piccadilly entrance.

JustPark Car Park – 0.5 miles to 195 Piccadilly entrance.
