TICKET COLLECTION

All ticket bookers must make arrangements to collect their tickets for their guests. Collection is available at the following times:

From 195 Piccadilly, London W1J 9LN
Thursday 9 May (12:00-18:00)
Friday 10 May (10:00–17:00)

From Royal Festival Hall
Sunday 12 May (12:00–14:00)

Tickets will only be released on presentation of photographic proof of identity (passport/BAFTA membership card/driving licence) of the ticket booker. Unless previously agreed, individual guests of large bookings may not pick up their tickets. If you send a representative, they must have a signed letter from you authorising them to collect tickets on your behalf, together with a photocopy of your photographic identification. A representative may collect all guest tickets for company bookings. Tickets are non-transferable and not for re-sale. 

For security reasons we ask that you please do not photograph your tickets or ticket wallet and post online or on social media.

    DRESS CODE

    The event dress code is black tie. 

    We encourage guests to make sustainable fashion choices, for example re-wearing or hiring your outfit. We are working with The Centre for Sustainable Fashion at London College of Fashion, UAL who have put together this guide detailing further advice on how to dress sustainably.

    ARRIVALS INFORMATION

    The BAFTA Television Awards with P&O Cruises 2024 ceremony, Awards and Afterparty will be held at the Southbank Centre’s Royal Festival Hall, London SE1 8XX. 

    All guests arriving at the ceremony by car will need to display the car pass (included with tickets) in their windscreen. Entrance to the Red Carpet is on Belvedere Road and all cars must approach from the east from Cornwall Road where they will be directed to the drop off point by traffic marshals. Please note that there is limited car parking availability on the Southbank and you are strongly advised not to bring your own car. 

    We regret that cloakroom facilities are not available.

    Please check your car pass ahead of arriving at the event and follow map provided on them for drop off information.

    DRINKS RECEPTION AND CEREMONY

    The red carpet and Champagne Taittinger reception will open at 14:30 and close at 16:00. Doors to the ceremony will close at 16:30. It is essential that all guests arrive promptly as there is no admittance once recording has started.

    LEAVING AFTER CEREMONY AND RETURNING FOR AFTER PARTY

    The ceremony will end at around 20.00, at which point you will need to exit the venue. You may then return from 10pm when the after party opens. This is a guest list, ticketed event so please ensure you have both your name submitted, ticket with you and photo ID to verify.

    SECURITY

    It is essential that you have all of your tickets with you at all times throughout the evening, including the ticket booklet. Please do not separate them as you may be refused entry.

    In the interest of all our guests, security will be extremely tight. Random bag searches will be in operation, and all guests must have some form of ID with them. Anyone who is not on the guest list or who cannot prove their identity may be refused entry.

    TRAVEL

    Guests are encouraged to use shared transport wherever possible. Should flights be required, we would encourage guests to consider measures to reduce their carbon footprint and contributing to verified nature-based offsetting projects.

    BAFTA takes the sustainability of our operations, events and the impact of our work very seriously. We have made a commitment to build a sustainability strategy across all our operations and business areas, but have always made efforts to avoid unnecessary environmental impacts, measure and improve. Specifically, for the 2024 BAFTA Television Awards with P&O Cruises, we have:

    • Encouraged rewearing and hiring of outfits

      PHOTOGRAPHY

      Please be aware that professional photography is not permitted on-site without pre-agreed accreditation with BAFTA. Any photographers or videographers without the correct accreditation will be asked to surrender equipment until departure.

      By using your ticket you agree to waive all rights to the use by BAFTA and its assigns and licensees of your name, image and any performance that you may give, and agree that your name, image and any performance may be broadcast, printed or otherwise reproduced, used or exhibited (by radio, television, print or any other media) without payment.

      To allow all guests to enjoy the evening we ask that you respect the privacy of fellow guests and refrain from approaching others for autographs or photographs at any time.
